PERAMBALUR
Perambalur District was trifurcated from the erstwhile composite Tiruchirappalli District . Sugar Mills Limited, a Subsidiary of Tamil Nadu Sugar Corporation Limited (TASCO) is located at Eraiyur, Permbalur. MRF Limited commissioned its 8th plant at Naranamangalam, Perambalur on 2011 for the production of conventional tyres.
